Help Us Impact 400k Lives

Five Talents Faithful (FTF) was founded in January of 2021. After a successful 20+ year career in “for-profit” supply chain-logistics-transportation, Founder/President Graham Gibbs felt called to serve in the “non-profit” sector. In 2011, he joined a non-profit with the mission of putting shoes on people around the world. Over the next 10 years he was able to help drive savings and efficiency by applying the business principles and discipline learned in the for-profit world. FTF is a reference to the biblical “Parable of the Talents” (Matthew 25:14-30) with a mission to help other non-profits organizations maximize stewardship.

FTF has three primary metrics: 1) Lives Impacted, 2) Savings Provided and 3) Organizations served. Since its founding (through December 2024), the organization has impacted 1.56 million lives, provided $2.38 million in savings and served 89 organizations.

In Q1/2024 FTF developed a relationship with a U.S. based manufacturer of EVA/croc style shoes. The shoes offered are unsorted (adult and child) that are either overruns from an order or could have slight defects (but are still functional). The donor requires that the shoes be distributed outside the United States primarily in 3rd world countries. Last year alone this relationship afforded FTF the opportunity to impact 355k lives through 14 non-profit partnerships serving 20 countries.

Our goal for 2025 is to impact 400k lives through this program. To do so, we estimate we will need to ship 25 truckloads of shoes through non-profit partners with international outreaches. We are currently looking for sponsors to help us offset the costs involved (warehousing, shipping, etc.). A donation of $900 would sponsor one truckload impacting on average approximately 16k lives (“cost per life impacted” of just under $.06). These shoes provide a form of transportation that not only protects the feet from injury but also disease-in some cases they could be the only pair a recipient has.
